If you need, a script can be triggered automatically when the export is complete. To enable script
triggering, select Run script after export. To edit the script, click Edit… (for detailed description of the
scripting language with examples, see the help file).
To export images of unrecognized documents (with no Document Definitions matched), select Export
unrecognized documents. To change image export parameters, click Settings… and specify the new
parameters (see Exporting images).
5.6. Workflow
5.6.1. Standalone
The following workflow parameters can be configured for the Standalone version:
· Automatic batch export, if there are only few uncertainly recognized characters. For the batches to
be exported automatically, select Export batch automatically if there are no errors or
warnings, and percentage of uncertain symbols is equal or less than and enter the maximum
allowed percent of uncertainly recognized characters for the export to be carried out automatically.
· Document deletion after export. To delete documents after export automatically, click Delete
processed documents after export.
5.6.2. Distributed
The following workflow parameters can be configured for the Distributed version:
· Workflow mode: unattended or with verification. In unattended mode, all processes are carried out
automatically: documents are imported, recognized and exported and, if errors occur, added to the
Exceptions queue. In the With verification mode, the uncertainly recognized characters and errors
are verified and corrected manually. The export is also started manually, if necessary.
· Verify entire batches. Verification tasks are formed with certain (up to 10) documents from the
same batch. If this option is selected, verification tasks will contain entire batches.
· Skip verification and data verification if percentage of uncertain characters is equal or less
than — if this option is selected, well recognized documents won’t be included in verification
tasks. Documents will be skipped if they don’t contain any characters for verification, or if the
percent of uncertain characters is lower than the specified value.
· Export entire batches. If this option is selected, only entire batches will be exported. Individual
document won’t be exported.
· Delete processed documents after export — select this option to automatically delete exported
documents.
· Separate queues. You can add separate queues for the Operators’ tasks to be formed in.
6. Configuring Image Import
In the Distributed version, images are imported in a special application – Scanning Station. However,
Verification Operators and Senior Verification Operators can also add images to batches. Images can also
be automaticall imported from Hot Folders.
Import profiles allow specifying the import and image processing parameters. In the Distributed version,
import profiles are generally used to process Hot Folders, because Verification Operators add images to
