-2. Replace the damper housing with the front
wheelhouse.
• Remove the wheelhouse upper rear member.
• Remove the MIG weld flange with a disc sander.
To prevent eye injury, wear goggles or
safety glasses whenever sanding, cutting or grinding.
• Using a chisel, pry off the welded flange form the
front pillar and damper housing.
NOTE: Remove the wheelhouse upper rear member
carefully so they can be reused.
