Configuring Device Power Settings
The power settings allow you to
• restart the device from the software
• shut down the device from the software
• set the device power button to shut down the device or put the
device into sleep mode
• temporarily put the device into sleep mode
• set the device to enter sleep mode automatically
• adjust screen brightness to save power
Restarting and Shutting Down the Device
The power settings allow you to put the device to sleep, restart or shut
down the device, and configure settings to save battery power. Select
Menu > Toolbox > System Settings > Power Settings. The Power
Settings window opens to the Shut Down and Restart tab.
