EthernetSetting s
TheEthernetSettingspageconfiguresthenetworkbehavioroftheEthernetports,
indicatingthataport providesanInternetconnectionforwirelessclientsattached
tothelocalnetwork(routedtotheInternet),isbridgeddirectlytotheInternet,
connectedtotheguestnetwork,orprovideshotspotservice.
ThefollowingitemsarecommonforallpagesunderEthernetSet tings:
Status
Enablesordisablesthisport.(Default:ON)
Autonegotiation Enables or disables autonegotiation for a given
interface.(Default:ON)
1000BASETdoesnotsupportforcedmode.Autonegotiationshouldalwaysbe
usedtoestablishaconnectionover any1000BASETport.
Whenautonegotiationisenabled,theaccesspointwillnegotiatethebest
settingsforalinkbasedonadvertisedcapabilities.
