BesurethemanagementstationhasanIPaddressinthesame
subnetastheAP’s IP.
Ifyou are trying toconnectto the AP using a tagged VLANgr oup,
your management station, and the ports connecting intermediate
switchesin the network, must be configured withtheappropriate
tag.
If you cannot connect using Telnet, you may have exceeded the
maximum number of concurrent Telnet/SSH sessions permitted.
Tryconnectingagainatalatertime.
Forgotorlostthepassword
ResettheAPtofactorydefaultsusingitsResetbutton.
UsingSystemLogs
Ifafaultdoesoccur,refertotheQuickStartGuidetoensurethattheproblemyou
encounteredis actuallycaused bythe AP. If the problem appears to becausedby
theAP,followthesesteps:

EnableSNMPintheSystem>Servciesmenu.
2.
EnableSNMPaccessfromtheWANwhenconnectingfromaremotelocation.
3.
Repeatthesequenceofcommandsorotheractionsthatlead uptotheerror.
4.
Makealistofthecommandsorcircumstancesthatledtothefault.Alsomakea
listofanyerrormessagesdisplayed.
5.
Recordallrelevantsystemsettings .
