Application 3: Installing one disk with data and one
new disk
1. The new drive must have the same capacity or larger capacity than the drive with data.
2. Lock the disk with data at the first disk tray and leave the new disk unlocked at the second
disk tray. This identifies the disk with data as the source drive. (The computer must in
power off state.)
3. Power on the computer system.
4. Lock the new disk.
5. The ACS-76500/76510 will immediately begin mirroring the data from the source drive to
the new disk. Any old data on the new disk will be lost, and is overwritten with the mirror
image of the source drive.
Source disk must put in disk tray 1.
Can’t remove/exchange disk when computer is in power off state!
