2. Insert the other end to the computer’s COM port.

Connecting JBOD (Sold separately)

Follow the procedures below to connect to A12R/U-SJ, A16R/U-SJ, or

A24R/U-SJ (JBOD).

1. Insert a SAS connector to the EXP port on the controller.

2. Connect the other end to the CH1 port of the JBOD system.

3. Power/Fan/Temp/HDD LED on JBOD lights up green and IO1&2 LED

flashes when the connections are set up properly.

• Same procedures apply to A12R/U-FS&SS, A16R/U-SS, and A24R/

U-FS&SS.
