2.8.2.2.3 Target-iSCSI Target Node
iSCSI storage device been seen as a “iSCSI Target” and the host is
called “iSCSI Initiator”. At least an iSCSI target node MUST be created
for getting communication with host iSCSI HBA or software iSCSI
initiator.
Click Target icon to open the configurations window and click Back if you
want return to the page of iSCSI ports.
Create an iSCSI target
1. Click Create to open the configurations window, specify the following
options:

Delete an iSCSI target
Select the iSCSi target you want to delete and click Delete.
Modify the iSCSI target
Select the iSCSi target you want to modify and click Update.
2.8.2.2.4 CHAP User
CHAP (Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol) authentication for
securing iSCSI connection. Each success connection MUST has the same
IST ID Specifies an iSCSI target identification. The
maximum number is 8.
Name Specifies an IQN name. The maximum
length of the name is 223.
Alias Specifies an Alias name. The maximum
length of the alias name is 63.
Auth.Method None / CHAP
Target Binding Port Select the ISP ports bound to target.
