2.3 Onboard Devices Configuration
The Onboard Devices Configuration screen contains parameter items that are related to port
devices on your computer.

Operation
Mode
Selects the operation mode of the parallel port.
ECP (Extended Capabilities Port) supports a 16-
byte FIFO (first in, first out) which can be
accessed by host DMA cycles and PIO cycles,
boosting I/O bandwidth to meet the demands of
high-performance peripherals.
