7. Do I need to enable iSCSI boot to support iSCSI function on onboard Gigabit?

ANSWER: NO, to access iSCSI storage, you don't need to enable iSCSI boot feature of onboard Gigabit.

You only need to enable iSCSI boot feature when you want to install OS on remote iSCSI storage and let OS

boot from remote iSCSI storage.
