Your telephone and your PC

Minimum requirement for your PC

Your PC should meet at least the following requirements:

• Operating system Windows 95 or Windows NT

• 3,5 ” disc drive

• 1 MB of free hard disc space

• VGA graphic card (640 x 480 pixel)

• RS 232C interface with 9-pin D-Sub socket

Connect telephone with PC

Install only with PC switched off !

s Unplug connection cord of your EURACOM

from ISDN socket.

Display turns off.

s Plug the end of the cord with the D-Sub plug into the corresponding socket of

the PC.

s Thread in the end of the cord with the Western plug into the socket, named

“RS 232” on the bottom side of your EURACOM

s Thread cord into the cable channel.

s Connect ISDN connection cord of your EURACOM

to the ISDN socket

again. Display messages are re-established again. With the first external

call, date and time will be refreshed (as far as your network provider is trans-

mitting these data).

Install PC programme

s Insert the provided 3,5” disc to the respective drive of your PC.

s Start the file “setup.exe”. You are guided automatically through the installation

menus. Please follow the instructions.

The program is self-describing. Should you still have questions about it, please

call up the help function.

With the program it is possible, to establish the directory of your EURACOM

and work with it in a comfortable way. It is also possible to update the software

of your EURACOM

with this program.

As a user of one of the EURACOM PABX´s 141F, 141, 180F, 180, 181F, 181,

182F, 182, 260F, 260, 261F, 261, 262F or 262 you can have access to files,

having been established with programmes of these PABX´s.
