Dialling from call list
The EURACOM
P4
contains a memory for storage covering the last 10 accepted
(connection list) and also the last 20 not accepted calls (call list).
Only calls with known telephone number will be entered in this list. Except the
telephone number there are also stored date and time and also the number of call
attempts (call list).
If the caller is listed in the directory, the assigned name is also stored and displayed
in case of recalling the list.
In case the call or connection list is completely full, the oldest entries will be overwrit-
ten by new entries.
If a call of a call list entry is accepted, it will automatically be transferred to the
connection list and deleted in the call list..
A new entry in the call list will be indicated by the activated call LED.
The call LED will be deactivated with recall from the call list.
Selecting call list entry
A Press Call key. If a call LED is on, it will
switch to „off“.
-/+ Press Plus or Minus key several times,
until the desired entry is displayed. If the
phone number is existing in the directory,
the assigned name will be displayed.
< Lift receiver. The displayed number will
be dialled.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
The call and connection lists will be displayed one after another during search.
They differ from each other by displaying the call counter, which is not appea-
ring in the connection list.
If a number was dialled from the call list, the assigned counter is reset to zero.
This will also be the case, if the number was dialled eg manually.
Both lists are in chronological order.
The telephone numbers of call and connection list cannot be used for dialling
during a „Hold“ conversation.
