3. BIOS Settings
This chapter describes the BIOS setup program. The BIOS settings can be viewed
and changed for the module.
Note: Only technical personnel should change the default BIOS settings.
3.1. Enter the AMI Aptio Setup Utility
Aptio is AMI's BIOS rmware based on the UEFI Specications and the Intel Platform
Innovation Framework for EFI.
The Aptio Setup Utility can be accessed by pressing the <
Delete
> or <
Esc
> key
during POST.
After powering up, the BIOS message appears on the screen. If the message
disappears before you respond, restart it by pressing <
Ctrl
> + <
Alt
> + <
Delete
>
keys.
3.2. Main Setup
Once you enter the AMI Aptio Setup Utility, the Main Menu appears on the screen.
Press the arrow keys to highlight the item and then press the <
