Replace the AX 5000 option.
Check the encoder cable of the incremental encoder.

available.
Make sure that the correct encoder type is connect-
ed.
Check the connection and shielding of the encoder
cable.

was determined that the voltage
of the battery has fallen below the
warning limit of the encoder. Ref-
erencing of the axis remains in-
tact. However, the remaining
service life of the backup battery
is limited.
Replace the AES battery before the next time the in-
verter is switched off. Note also the Absolute Encod-
er Support AES operating instructions (see section
1.3 Other manuals).
