I MPORTANT
P RE-TREATMENT N OTES FOR THE E-PEN
P ERMANENT H AIR R EMOVAL S YSTEM
For successful treatment, please carry out the following:-
•
Facial Hair Remove all make up using your normal cleanser. The area to be
treated must be thoroughly clean, dry and non-greasy.
•
Body Hair Thoroughly cleanse the treatment area as above. You should cut
long hairs as short as possible with scissors or a razor before applying the
conductive gel treatment pad.
Please do not do the following:-
• DO NOT Do not use if you have any heart condition or use a heart pacemaker
• DO NOT use perfume or perfumed products prior to use
•
DO NOT use on open abrasions, inflamed skin or sunburnt areas
•
DO NOT use on hairs growing from moles at any time
•
DO NOT use on delicate areas such as eyelids, inner ear or nasal hair
•
DO NOT use during pregnancy or during first few days of menstruation
•
DO NOT use near varicose veins
•
DO NOT use the e-PEN without the conductive gel when using the
e-PEN cotton bud/Q tips. Pads have their own conductive gel.
•
DO NOT exceed recommended treatment times
C ONDUCTIVE P ADS &CORD
The Verseo e-PEN has one main cord which plugs into the back of the unit. The
cord divides into 3 separate cap ends:
White Cap: Plugs into moustache or rectangular pad (active) i.e. treatment area.
Green Cap: Plugs into circular pad (non active)
White Cap: This is a spare lead to be used should you wish to treat two areas
simultaneously i.e. leg area or under arm.
