KINECT™ Controls Standing / Stopping: Stand straight to make your character stop and stand still. Crouching / Sliding: While your character is standing still, bend your knees to make your character crouch. Crouch while your character is running to perform a slide. OR Moving Forward: Run in place or swing you arms in a running motion. Balancing / Dodging: Balancing and dodging can be achieved by simply tilting left or right. Moving Backwards: Lean backwards to make your character slowly move backwards.
