enses, they are NOT safety glasses, and may not
provide adequate protection.
• Do not position your head directly in front of or over

e throttle body.
Do not pour gasoline down the throttle body when

ranking or running the engine, when working with
fuel delivery systems or any open fuel line.
- Engine backfire can occur when the air cleaner is out
of po
sition.
Do not use fuel injector cleaning solvents when
pe
rforming diagnostic testing.
Keep cigarettes, sparks, open flame and other
s
ources of ignition away from vehicle.
• Keep a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher rated
f
or gasoline, chemical and electrical fires in work
area.
