Actuator Systems - Policy
All our locks come with a 2 year warranty. We will work with our Resellers and customers
to do our best to make sure any issue is resolved.

or 407-567-7130 ext. 102 most issues can be resolved on the phone. All RMA’s and
repair requests should be entered on the Actuator Systems website at:

Warranty
Locks: 2 year warranty. Customer should call first since we can fix most issues on the
phone. After that they would be directed to our RMA form on our website (under Support
tab). This will give them 2 options: Hot Swap; Receive a new lock and return the old lock at
no charge in the first 30 days of purchasing. If returns are done after 30 days and within
the 2 years warranty period all repairs and standard shipping is free in the US, unless the
lock was damaged.
ACTUATOR SYSTEMS LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE IS AS FOLLOWS:
If the NextBolt / ReliTouch experiences any mechanical or electronic failure caused by
defects in material or manufacturing workmanship during the 2 year warranty period
Actuator Systems will repair or replace the unit at Actuator Systems expense including
ground shipment expenses. In addition during the first 30 days after purchase Actuator
Systems offers a FREE hot-swap of the NextBolt / ReliTouch with a new NextBolt / ReliTouch
at Actuator Systems expense. You must return your original NextBolt / ReliTouch lock within
14 days from the date you receive your replacement lock or you are liable for the full retail
price of the replacement lock. Hot-swaps after the first 30 days are available for a fee. The
returned NextBolt / ReliTouch must include all items that were originally included in the
package or additional fees will apply.
Your limited warranty is voided if any of the following conditions are true:
1.TheNextBolt/ReliTouchisabusedormisused
a.Thisincludesscratchesorotherdamagethatcanoccurduringinstallation.
2.TheNextBolt/ReliTouchlocksisdamagedorneglectedduringinstallationoruse.
a.ThisincludesexposureoftheinnerportionoftheReliTouchlockLCDscreento
rainorsnow.The
outdoorportionisdesignedforruggedexposure.
b.MountingtheNextBolt/ReliTouchlocksonanytemporaryorsemipermanentbuildingssuchasa
shedorpoolenclosurewillvoidthewarranty.
c. Mounting the NextBolt / ReliTouch locks on any porous surface. This includes materials
such as grooved woods or any surface that prevents the rubber grommet from sealing the
lock to the surface of the door
will void the warranty.
3. Modification of the NextBolt / ReliTouch in any way
will void the warranty.
4. Any expedited shipping request is the customer’s responsibility.
