Time in HR Target Zone Mode
From Heart Rate/Stopwatch
Mode, press the MODE/
SET button to enter Time
in HR Target Zone Mode.
The watch automatically
records the time when your
heart rate is within the target zone. By working
within the correct target zone, you will achieve
your fitness goals and strengthen your
cardiovascular system in less time. Effective
conditioning requires that you maintain your
heart rate at the proper level for at least 20
minutes per workout (or per day).

- Press the MODE/
SET button to proceed
to the next item.
6. Exercise Factor(blinking)
- Set by using the /
button or the STR/STP/
RESET button.
- Press the MODE/
SET button to exit the
setting mode.
