Rights table
ID A unique sequential number that identifies each DocSTAR rights
table entry.
UID The user ID that this entry applies to.
CLASSID The security classification, for this user, that this entry applies to.
RIGHT0 Indicates whether or not this user, in this security classification, has
the right to view the original document.
RIGHT1 Indicates whether this user has the right to view the annotated
documents in this security classification.
RIGHT2 Indicates whether this user has the right to print/fax documents in
this security classification.
RIGHT3 Indicates whether this user has the right to modify the title,
keywords, or annotations of the documents in this security
classification.
RIGHT4 Indicates whether this user has the right to delete documents in this
security classification. If the document has already been archived
then it will be sent to the undelete box of the administration
program. The undelete box can only be purged or restored by the
DocSTAR administrator.
Stations table
STATIONID A unique sequential number that identifies each station that has
logged into this Host DocSTAR.
MACHINENAME Indicates the network user Id that used this station to log in.
LASTLOGON Indicates the last time this station logged on.
LASTLOGOFF Indicates the last time this station logged off.
USERID Indicates the DocSTAR user id that logged in from this station last.
LOGGEDIN Indicates whether or not this station is currently running DocSTAR.
HARDWAREID A numeric code that uses the hard drive's serial number and other
factors to give each station a unique hardwareid.
REMOTE Indicates whether or not this is a DocSTAR host.
FILE Indicates whether or not this station currently has a file license in
use.
SCAN Indicates whether or not this station currently has a scan license in
use.
VERSION Indicates the version of DocSTAR software this station is currently
running.
LASTCHECKED Indicates the last time that the Host checked to see that the station
cleared this field. This is a method for determining whether or not
the station is maintaining an active connection with the Host.
VIEW Indicates whether or not this station currently has a view license in
use.
APPNAME Indicates whether it was the DocSTAR application or the DocAdmin
application that was used to log in from this station.
User table
ID A unique sequential number that identifies each user.
NAME The DocSTAR user name.
FULLNAME The user’s full name.
CLASSES Indicates whether or not the user is allowed to create security
classifications.
SUSPENDED Indicates whether or not this user is suspended.
PASSWORD The user’s password.
FOLDER The user’s message folder in DocSTAR.
