MAINTENANCE
From time to time you may wish to clean your receiver.
First disconnect the receiver from the power supply and then
use a soft, dry cloth. For very dirty surfaces, dip the soft cloth in
a weak soap-and-water solution and wring well. Then dry off with
a soft, dry cloth. Never use alcohol, paint thinner, or any chemically
treated cloth, to clean your receiver. Such chemicals may damage
its finish.
BEFORE REQUESTING SERVICE
If you have a problem, please check the table below for a possible
solution. If you cannot find the solution there, we suggest you
next consult the Help section at www.i-can.tv before calling your
vendor’s service department. Some simple checks or minor adjust-
ments may fix the problem and restore full service, since most
faults are quite trivial. The most common problems are related to
cable connections. Make sure first that your receiver is properly
connected. To ensure that all the cables are in their place, discon-
nect and connect them again.
However if none of the remedies indicated in the table or on our
website solves the problem, consult your vendor.
