DOCUMENT CONVENTIONS
Two types of messages, identified by icons, appear in the text.
This manual uses the following conventions:
• This font indicates text that appears on the LCD or terminal.
• Keycaps, such as , indicate keys that you press on the terminal
keyboard.
• Key names in bold font indicate buttons on the desktop unit or line unit
that you press.
For a list of abbreviations used in this manual, see “Abbreviations” on
page B-1.
Notes contain information about special circumstances.
Cautions indicate the possibility of equipment damage or the
possibility of personal injury.
