Choose the Data Rate
To set the Data Rate:
1 From the Data Port Settings menu, type then press . The Data
Rate menu displays.
This illustration shows the Data Rate menu for a Fractional Interface
Card set to Standard Mode with a Standard Mode HDSL Rate of T1. If
your Fractional Interface Card is set to a different HDSL Rate, the Data
Rate menu will be different.
2 Type the number for the desired Data Rate then press . The
terminal returns to the Data Port Settings menu and displays the new
Data Rate.
If the Fractional Interface Card is set to Extended HDSL Mode,
the data rate is determined by the Loop Configuration, HDSL
Rate and Rate Multiplier. You cannot set the Data Rate with
the card in Extended HDSL Mode. See Setting the Data Rate”
on page 4-4 for more information.
