The 5X1 External Port Multiplier (EPM) is the ideal solution for attaching large number of external hard drives to a
computer. Designed on the same ASIC as used in the Addonics field proven 5X1 Rack Mounted PM, this EPM can
connect up to 5 external eSATA hard drives to any system via one eSATA port. The hot swap capability of the EPM
also allows external hard drives to be conveniently attached or removed from the system on the fly while the system

This new 2X1 HPM is the perfect solution for creating an external RAID storage using just 2 hard drives. Connecting
up to 2 SATA / SATA II hard drives to any computer via a standard eSATA or USB 2.0 port, this HPM is compatible
with any SATA controller, RAID or non RAID. Configuration is as simple as turning the rotary switch on the back of
the HPM to select the RAID configuration and push on a small recessed switch to finalize the setting.
