Troubleshooting
Residue
• Grounds in your coee: Clean the needles with a paperclip or tooth brush to remove excess grounds.
Brewing
• Brewer will not brew: If your machine will not brew, first check to make sure there’s sucient water in
the tank. Then ensure there are no clogs in the needle and that the pod itself is not damaged. If there is a
clog, refer to the maintenance section.
• Brewer will only produce a partial cup: Follow the steps below if your machine is only brewing a partial
cup. More information is available in the maintenance section.
• Brewer shuts o: The brewer will automatically shut o after a period of idling following the last brew
cycle. This is normal and designed to preserve energy.
• Brewed water is not hot enough: Add warmer water into the tank. Water temperature can depend on the
temperature of the water inside the tank.
