IMB-S90 1 Introduction 1.1 Overview The ADLINK IMB-S90 is an E-ATX industrial motherboard supporting the Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2600 product family in LGA2011 package to deliver a scalable high performance platform for a wide array of industrial applications. The IMB-S90 supports 32/22nm dual CPUs at up to 2.4 GHz with integrated memory controllers and Direct Media Interface (DMI) connectivity to the Intel® C604 Chipset.

Intel® C604 Chipset The Intel C600 Series Chipset provides a connection point between various I/O components and Direct Media Interface based processors.
