0 CSTP Command stopped (But it could be in motion)
1 VM In maximum velocity
2 ACC: In acceleration
3 DEC: In deceleration
4 DIR: Move direction. 1:Positive direction, 0:Negative direction
5 MDN Motion done. 0: In motion, 1: Motion done ( It could be abnormal stop)
