Limited Warranty
1. Limited Warranty. ADO Products, LLC (“Company”) warrants to the original end user of its
products (the “Products”) that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the Product to the original end user. In the event of a
defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Company will, at its option, (a) replace or repair the defective
Product, or (b) refund the purchase price of the defective Product actually paid by to the Company’s for the
Products. The above warranty is the sole express warranty given by Company on its Products.
2. Warranty Procedure. In order to recover under this Limited Warranty, Company must receive
your written claim within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the warranty period. Company may
require you, at your expense, to return the alleged defective Product to Company for inspection. Purchaser
must follow Company’s instructions for return shipment of the Product. UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT
OR SHIPMENT CONTRARY TO COMPANY’S INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. If the Product is determined by the Company to be covered by this Limited Warranty,
Company will provide you the remedy chosen by the Company at the Company’s expense. Costs for you
to de–install, re-install and return defective Product are not covered.
3. Exclusions From Limited Warranty. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, ABUSED, ALTERED, MODIFIED, NOT USED IN THE
INTENDED MANNER OR NOT INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY’S
INSTRUCTIONS.
4. Limited Remedies. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE
THE ONLY REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.
COMPANY SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO ANY PERSON FOR INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY DESCRIPTION, WHETHER ARISING OUT
OF WARRANTY (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES) OR ANY OTHER CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to
you.
5. Disclaimers. UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THE ABOVE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD,
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND INFRINGEMENT, ARE
DISCLAIMED. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to
state.
