BAFFLE creates a channel through the insulation
and blocks the air at the top plate, allowing insulation coverage
at the plate and preventing wind-wash.
• Use with spray foam, fiberglass, and cellulose applications.
• Works with energy heels and standard truss configurations.
• Flexible and durable polystyrene will not absorb moisture or grow mold.
Applications
• Single family (wood roof deck) – multiple stapling areas – attach to truss,
top plate or heel plate, and roof deck.
• Multi-family (concrete board roof deck) – secure to truss and at the top
plate or heel plate.
• Cathedral – Overlap next vent at the last row of cones on the
installed vent, follow the process to the ridge vent.
