7.1.6 BOMComparison&CheckBandConfiguration
BOMcomparison
‐ OntheSysteminformationpageintheSystemmenu,thelistofallcomponentsconnectedtothe
ADX‐H‐NMSshouldmatchtheADXNavigationtree.ThislistcanbeusedtoverifyBOMgenerated
bydesignerorinstallerfor
allactivecomponents.Pleasenotethatpassivecomponentssuchas
theADX‐H‐CHC,ADX‐R‐CHC,ADX‐H‐PSU,andtheADX‐R‐4WSwillnotshowuponthisreport.
CheckBandConfiguration
‐ CheckwhetherthebandconfigurationofADX‐H‐RFUisidenticaltothe
bandconfigurationofthe
ADXHPRunits.AnydiscrepancieswillappearintheSystemInformationreport.
‐ Check to see if there are multiple remote modules with the same frequency bands within 1
remoteunit.ThisinformationisdisplayedontheSystemInformationpageintheSystemmenu
asnotificationmessage.
7.1.7 Lockcurrentnavigationtree
IftherearenoerrorsintheprocessofBOMComparison&CheckBandConfiguration,thenlocktheNavigation
Treebyclikingonthe“LockSystem”button.
‐ After locking the Navigation Tree, link fail alarms should not appear.If link fail alarms are
present,pleasecheckthephysicalconnectionofthedevicewiththelinkfailalarm.
‐ The system must first be placed in the “Unlock” state before adding any new devices.Newly
added devices will appear in the Navigation Tree when the page is refreshed.Once all new
hardwarehasbeenadded
totheNavigationTree,thetreemustbelockedbeforecommissioning
thesystem.
