MeasuretheoutputpoweroftheBTSsignalthatwillbeinsertedintotheRFUusingaSpectrumAnalyzer.
If input signal includes more than one technology,then measure the composite
power of each
technology.
BasedonTable72,calculatethemaximumcompositeinputlevelbyusingthefollowingformula:
o “OutputpowerofBTSoftechnologybeingused”+“backoffvalue”(refertoTable72)
If calculated composite HE DL input power exceeds the permitted
maximum input range, then
additionalattenuationwillneedtobeaddedsothatthecalculatedHEDLinputpowerdoesnot

When multiple WSPs exist in a frequency band at the same time, the ADXHBCU can be used to
combine/dividethesignalsreceivedfrommultipleWSPs.
TheADXHBCUcanreceiveupto3incomingDLsignals.Eachincomingsignal
canbeattenuated
individuallyallowingtheusertospecifypowerratiostocontrolthepowerpercarrier.
ThedownlinkpathofBCUhastheinputrangefrom0to25dBm.
IfthedownlinkoutputofBCUexceedsDLoutputALClevelsetbyuser,ALCfunctionwillactivate
and
limittheDLoutputfromexceedingthedefinedALClevel.
TheDLoutputofADXHBCUistransferredtotheDLinputofRFU.
MeasuretheoutputpoweroftheBTSsignalthatwillbeinsertedintotheBCUusingaSpectrumAnalyzer.
