The following ta bles contain general troubl eshooting techniques for
wireless communications.
Problem
Monitor does not answer via wirel ess communication.
Possible
Causes
Signal s t rength to the m odem may be insuffic i ent .
Battery pac k may be dead or below mini mum vol t age
requirement (7.5 volts - internal).
Wireless network failure.
SIM card is not properly provisioned.
Monitor may have los t communicat i on with network and
cannot re-establish communi cation.
Connection t ype may be incorrectly configured in the
monitor.
Antenna may be defective.
Monitor may be def ective.
Modem m ay be def ective.
3.3-volt fuse on regulat or may have blown.
Leading zeros are inc l uded bef ore or withi n t he IP
address.
