V. Hardware test
Test the motor, output point and input point of every axis.
Motor test: Select the axis to be moved, and then select high speed or low speed, press the forward or
reverse button to select the running direction of motor, and release the button to stop the motor.
Note: The direction that the motor approaches to the origin is negative and the direction leaving the
origin is positive.
Usage of “Relative position” button: If the “Relative position” button isn’t pressed, the coordinates
of each axis are the coordinates relative to origin, and can be called as absolute coordinates. If the “Relative
position” button is pressed, the coordinates of each axis are the coordinates relative to the position where
the “Relative position” button is pressed.
Output control: Press the Output control button to enter the interface, in which 16 output buttons are
available, corresponding to the output control of port 0-15 respectively. To control an output port, just press
the corresponding button. The output is on when the button is pressed and off when it is released.
