Online OFF there is no power to the system.

GREEN the DSX-1 signal is present and synchronized; the

channel is configured for use.

RED there is a present channel alarm on the T1 interface.

Solid AMBER there is a channel test in progress.

Blinking AMBER the card is initializing (during startup).
