SNMP EMBEDDED AGENT
The Express 6100/6120 supports the following groups from MIB-II:

•UDPGroup
•InterfacesGroup
•ICMPGroup
• Address Translation Group
•IPGroup
•TCPGroup
Also, the Ethernet transmission MIB is supported (RFC 1643).
The following manager requests are supported:
•Getobject

Communities
TheExpress6100/6120permitsuptoeightcommunitiestobedefined.
Theprivilege levelofeachcommunitycan be set. Thedefaultcommu-
nityis publicwithread-onlyprivileges. WhentheIPaddress isall ze-
ros,any manager of the communitycan access theExpress6100/6120.
Traps
Up to four hosts can be set to receive traps. Each host entry requires
an IP address of the manager.
Trap types supported are: cold start, link up, link down, and authen-
tication failure.
