10.1 Introduction
The Bluetooth Module used in TREK-743 is a compact and qualified module that pro-
vides a complete turnkey solution for Bluetooth File transfer. The modules can be
integrated into various applications to enable any electronic devices equipped with
Bluetooth wireless technologies, including PDAs, HID devices, handsfree car kits and
application specific devices. Bluetooth modules are available with an antenna. The
Bluetooth device system is low cost, high speed and easy to implement.
The driver for the Bluetooth Module is an Auto-installation program; follow the steps
below to install the driver.
(Win CE image does not support the Bluetooth profiles and appli-
cation)
10.2 Installation of Blue Tooth Driver
1. Execute: D:\ TREK-743 Driver and Utili-
ties\BT\BlueSoleil_2.1.3.0_Release_060429 (Standard)\setup.exe.
2. Choose the desired language and press “Next” to proceed.
3. Follow the on screen instructions.
4. Choose “Yes, I want to restart my computer,” and press “Finish.” The system will
reboot automatically.
Note! 1. It is important to pay attention to the instructions which appear on
the screen.
2. The CD-ROM drive is designated as “D” throughout this chapter.
