3.4.4 Installing GPS and GSM/GPRS modules
One module adapter board is designed to mount both the GPS and GSM/
GPRS modules, as pictured below. Follow the instructions:
A. Installing the GPS module:
1. Check that the GPS module is mounted onto the upper side of
adapter board.

2. Attach and tighten the antenna wire between the GPS module con-
nector and the antenna hole on rear cover. Then, connect the serial
cable on the adapter board to the COM3 port on the motherboard.
See Figure 3.10 and 3.11 below.
3. Screw the antenna into the external antenna receptacle on the rear
cover.
