B.1.1 Register 1: WatchDog Timer Load (WDTLOAD)
OFFSET = 0x000
WDTLOAD serves as a countdown timer. Once an 8-bit width value is loaded into the
register, it starts to count down to zero automatically.
B.1.2 Register 2: WatchDog Timer Value (WDTVALUE)
OFFSET = 0x004
WDTVALUE saves the current watchdog timer value.
