AIR POGO XTREME® LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
For coverage under this limited warranty, proof of the date and place of purchase must be
submitted. Simply ll out the warranty information and return it to us now.
If you should need warranty service, call our Customer Service Department at
800-880-POGO (7646), or write Air Pogo, 520 Salem Ave, Holly Springs, MS 38635.
This limited warranty does not apply to any part if the damage has been caused by
consumer abuse, misuse, vandalism or accident. Also, present color technology does not
enable us to warranty against color fading over time.
Implied warranties of merchantability or of tness for any particular purpose are limited
in duration to the 90 day warranty period as specied, although some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Air Pogo will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages for breach of the warranty or of any implied warranty. Again, some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state. Not applicable outside U.S.A.

AIR POGO XTREME® OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing our exciting new Air Pogo Xtreme®. Please read and follow all
warnings and instructions, review them with your children and their playmates, and save this
information for future reference.
Air Pogo Xtreme® has been designed and tested for safety, however, children using it will need
proper instruction and supervision. Air Pogo Xtreme® is intended to be enjoyed as a bouncing
swing and as a new type of pogo for children. Observing the following statements and warnings
reduces the likelihood of serious or fatal injury. All instructions and warnings should be
reviewed frequently.
WARNING: On site supervision of children using Air Pogo Xtreme® should include all of the
following precautions related to safe and happy play.
WARN CHILDREN:
1. NOT TO use the Air Pogo Xtreme® until it is properly assembled and installed by an adult.
2. NOT TO get off Air Pogo Xtreme® while it is in motion and to hold both the handle and
seat when dismounting, because Air Pogo Xtreme® WILL REBOUND!
3. NOT TO bounce Air Pogo Xtreme® against the ground.
4. NOT TO exceed the maximum safe weight ratings: Air Pogo Xtreme® was designed to be
used by one child at a time, 5 years old to adult, weighing between 30-200 pounds.
5. NOT TO touch the rope at any time during play.
6. NOT TO use Air Pogo Xtreme® in a manner other than intended.
7. NOT TO swing an empty Air Pogo Xtreme®.
8. NOT TO walk near or around a swinging Air Pogo Xtreme®.
9. NOT TO use Air Pogo Xtreme® if it is wet.
10. NOT TO attach items to Air Pogo Xtreme® such as, but not limited to, jump ropes,
clothesline, pet leashes, cables, chain and rope as they may cause a strangulation hazard.
11. NOT TO twist rope or loop it over top support bar since this may reduce the strength of
the rope.
12. TO center their weight on the seat and to swing or to bounce with a gentle, rhythmic motion.
13. TO hold the handle with both hands at all times.
14. TO dress appropriately with well tting shoes and no ponchos, scarves or other loose
tting clothing which is potentially hazardous.
NSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Install Air Pogo Xtreme® over level ground, not less than 6 feet (1.8m) from any structure
or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, tree trunk, interfering branches, laundry
line or electrical wire.
2. DO NOT install Air Pogo Xtreme® over concrete, asphalt, packed earth or any other hard
surface.
3. Install Air Pogo Xtreme® seat, at a height of approximately 3 feet (1m) above the ground,
from a substantial overhead support such as a tree limb or large swing set frame. The
minimum support height is 8½ feet (2.6m). (DO NOT bounce on the ground.)
4. DO NOT attach Air Pogo Xtreme® to a cantilever device such as a tree limb or swing set
without rst determining if the device, at the point of attachment, will support a minimum
force of 600 pounds.
