1. Can I receive reports automatically by email?

To receive reports by email please implement the desired functionality in your notification listener.

Adyen does not offer the ability to send reports by email directly. This has to be implemented by

your IT department or integration partner.

2. Can Adyen send my payment confirmation emails to shoppers?

To send out emails with payment confirmations to shoppers please implement this in your own

application as it will result in messages that can be fully branded according to your standards.
