REGULATORY INFORMATION
FCC Part 15 Declaration of Conformity Statement
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. FCC Part 15 Subpart C is for intentional radiators.
Intentional radiators governed by the FCC Part 15 Subpart C must either have a permanently
attached antenna or provide a unique coupler to prevent the use of unauthorized antennas.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and
can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area may cause harmful interference in which case
the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense. If this equipment does
cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning
the PythiaTM device off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or
more of the following measures:
1. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna
2. Increase the separation between the PythiaTM device and receiver
3. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help
● Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance will void the user’s authority to operate the equipment
● Opening as few as 1 device enclosures will void the user’s authority to possess the
equipment and will result in: a) All devices associated with the responsible party being
deactivated without refund or other consideration and 2) Immediate recall and return of
all PythiaTM devices distributed to the responsible party at the party’s expense.

subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause interference, and (2) This
device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation
