Assembly Instruction

Assemble it in strict accordance with the recommended sequence.

For some parts, you could only tighten screws by 30% or 70%.

Please strictly follow the directions.

1.2 persons needed.

2.Install it on flat floor with soft carpet.

3.Before the assembly, please check the hardware list, and divide screws into 4

groups regarding the length.

4.Every part, except from the hardware, is labeled. Please distinguish them before

installing.

5.Electric screwdriver and its extension hose are highly recommended.

PART 1 Install the Pie-shaped Couches STEP1 A E Insert the Allen key into the wickers to tighten screws by 30%. AA G AA Y Y F D Y AA Connect all the support panels to the pie-shaped panel (A) with screws (Y) and flat washers (AA). Firstly tighten the screws by 30% (finger tight) for locating only, then secure all of them. 1.Connect the larger arched panel (E) to the pie-shaped panel (A) with 2 screws (Y) and 2 flat washers (AA) with Allen key (EE). 2.

PART 2 Install the Couch With Backrest STEP2 C B BB AA Z AA Connect the pie-shaped panels (B) and (C) with the longest screw (Z), 2 flat washer (AA) and nut (BB). Fix the nut with 2 regular wrenches (FF) then completely secure screw (Z) with Allen key. STEP3 H Y D I Y AA AA Install the support panels (H), 2*(D), (I). Use screw (Y) to connect them with each other, and with the pie-shaped panel (A). Firstly tighten screws by 30% for locating only.

STEP4 U AA W Connect the two arched panels (D) with metal sheet (U), and fix it with two screws (W) and 2 washers (AA). Secure them completely.

STEP6 BB AA AA Z M K L AA J Y C 1.Put it on the round couch with the bottom side up. Connect the backrest (M) to backrest (K). Firstly align (M) with (K) to insert the longest screw (Z), plus 1 washer (AA) on each side and nut (BB). Likewise, use the Allen key and 2 regular wrenches to secure it by 70%. 2.One person slightly lift the pie-shaped panel (C), and another person get the backrest (M) close to (C) , to align the screw holes of them. Then connect them with screw (Y) and washer (AA). 3.

STEP8 V KK Install all the leveling feet (V). OR V U You could also choose to connect these couches together. If you want to, just use the metal sheet (U) to connect them, and fix the sheet with the leveling feet (V).

STEP9 O S R Q P S P R Q O P Q R S Connect (O) to the end with single-side hole of other ribs. Connect all the ribs firstly. The assembly sequence of each rib is: POP, QOQ, ROR, SOS(O connects two ribs with same labels). STEP10 S P Q R S CC AA P X Canopy 1.Connect one of the ends of the ribs (P),(Q),(R),(S) to the armrest, with screw (X), 2 washers (AA), and plastic washer (CC). (S) at the highest position and (P) at the lowest position. 2.
