Operation 11 Operation Prior to first use Before using the oven, first of all the language, then the contrast of the display, the brightness and the current time of day must be set. When you switch on the oven for the first time, LANGUAGE appears on the display after a few seconds. 1. Use the Selector to select the desired setting 2. Then press the OK key to confirm your setting. Make the additional required settings in the same way. Adapts oven to the kitchen environment.

Operation A provisional finish time is calculated, depending on the quantity of food, the set oven temperature (min. 120°C) and the mode. Tips, charts and information Baking Oven levels • Baking with Conventional Cooking is possible on one oven level. • With Fan Cooking you can use up to three baking trays at the same time: 1 baking tray: e.g. Oven level 3 1 baking tin: e.g. Oven level 1 2 baking trays: e.g. oven levels 1 and 3 3 baking trays: Oven levels 1, 3 and 5 Baking tins • For best Conventional Cooking results, use tins made from dark metal and coated. • For Fan Cooking you can also use light metal tins.

This does not significantly increase the baking time. If using frozen food, the inserted trays can warp during the cooking process. This is due to the large temperature difference between the frozen food and the oven temperature. After the trays have cooled, the deformation disappears.
