Control Panel
DK 9960 - DK 9990
Best results are obtained by using a low speed for normal conditions
and a high speed when odours are more concentrated.
Turn the hood on a few minutes before you start cooking, you will
then get an under pressure in the kitchen. The hood should be left on
after cooking for about 15 minutes or until all the odours have
disappeared. The control switches are located on the units front
panel:
A - ON (stand-by - illuminated key) / OFF key.
Press once or more to obtain the function desired:
Stand-by (illuminated key): the hood is ready to function, the
safety procedure is activated (see under safety procedure).
OFF: all the functions are disenabled except the illumination.
B - Speed selection key (extraction power).
Press this key once or more to select the most suitable
extraction speed (power) (1-2-3-i).
Attention: the i (intensive) speed is limited to a few minutes after
which the system automatically sets itself to speed 2.
C - The display visualises the selected extraction power (1-2-3-i)
signalling the saturation of the filters (F).
D - Manual function selection key (OFF)/automatic (sensors
ON).
In automatic function (ON) the hood enters into function
(extraction) on the basis of the change in the normal
environmental conditions that the hood notices through its
sensors.
The display shows the extraction speed (power) set.
Attention! The hood is equipped with an automatic system that
establishes what the normal environmental conditions are.
