To roast larger pieces of meat or poultry on one level:
1. Put the inlay grid in the deep roasting
pan. The supports of the inlay grid must
point up.
2. Put the deep roasting pan in the appli-
ance, on the necessary shelf position level.
To grill flat dishes in large quantities and to toast:
1. Put the inlay grid in the deep roasting
pan. The supports of the inlay grid point
down.
2. Put the deep roasting pan in the appli-
ance, on the necessary shelf position level.
