Installation
Retrait de la protection pour le transport
L’appareil et certaines parties de l’équipement intérieur sont protégés pour
le transport.
Retirez toutes les bandes autocollantes et cales à l’intérieur de l’appareil.
Arrêts pour clayettes
Votre appareil est équipé d'arrêts
pour clayettes qui permettent de
les bloquer pendant le transport
Pour les enlever, procéder de la
façon suivante :
soulevez à l'arrière la clayette et
poussez-la vers l'avant jusqu'à ce
qu'elle se dégage. Retirez les
arrêts.
Emplacement
Placez de préférence votre appa-
reil loin d’une source de chaleur
(chauffage, cuisson ou rayons
solaires trop intenses).
Veillez à ce que l’air circule libre-
ment tout autour de l’appareil. Si
toutefois, vous désirez placer
l’appareil dans une niche ou
directement sous un élément, il
est indispensable de laisser un
espace de 100 mm entre le dessus
de l’appareil et un élément supé-
rieur.
Les conduits de ventilation ne doivent en aucun cas être obstrués.
Pour le bon fonctionnement de votre appareil, la température ambiante
du local doit être comprise entre +10°C et +38°C. Au delà de ces tempé-
ratures, ses performances peuvent s’en trouver diminuées.

Remove transport safeguard
The appliance and the interior fittings are protected for transport.
• Remove all adhesive tape and packing pieces from the interior of the
appliance.
Shelf holders
Your appliance is equipped with shelf
retainers that make it possible to
secure the shelves during transporta-
tion.
To remove them proceed as follows:
Raise the shelf from the back, push it
in the direction of the arrow until it
is freed and remove the retainers.
>PE< for polyethylene, e.g. the outer covering and the bags in the interior.
>PS< for polystyrene foam, e.g. the pads, which are all free of chlorofluo-
rocarbon.
The carton parts are made from recycled paper and should be disposed of
at a waste-paper recycling collection location.
Disposal of old Appliances
For environmental reasons, refrigeration appliances must be disposed of
properly. This applies to your old appliance, and - at the end of its service
life - for your new appliance as well.
Warning! Before disposing of old appliances make them inoperable. Remo-
ve plug from mains, sever the power cable, remove or destroy any snap or
latch closures. This eliminates the danger that playing children lock them-
selves into the appliance (danger of suffocation!) or place themselves into
other life-endangering situations.
Disposal:
• The appliance may not be disposed of with domestic waste or bulky refuse.
• The refrigerant circuit, especially the heat exchanger at the back of the
appliance, may not be damaged.
• Information concerning collection schedules or locations can be obtained
from the local disposal authorities or town hall.
