It is suitable for the storing of food at low temperature.
Safety • Please make old appliances unusable prior to disposal. Pull out the mains plug, cut off the mains cable, break or remove spring or bolt catches, if fitted. By doing this you ensure that children cannot lock themselves in the appliance when playing (there is risk of suffocation!) or get themselves into other dangerous situations.
Disposal Appliance Packaging Information All materials are environmentally sound! They can be disposed of or burned at an incinerating plant without danger. About the materials: The plastics can be recycled and are identified as follows: >PE< for polyethylene, e.g. the outer covering and the bags in the interior. >PS< for polystyrene foam, e.g. the pads, which are all free of chlorofluorocarbon.
Remove transport packaging The appliance and the interior fittings are protected for transport. ☞1. Pull off the adhesive tape on the left and right side of the door. 2. Remove all adhesive tape and packing pieces from the interior of the appliance. Installation Installation Location The appliance should be set up in a well ventilated, dry room. Energy use and efficient performance of the appliance is affected by the ambient temperature.

Installation Instructions for total built-in Apply joint the sealing strip as shown in figure. D765 Drill the unit using a Ø 2.5 mm drill (10 mm max. penetration); Fix the square fitting to the appliance Slide the appliance into the recess, pushing it against the wall on the handle side.
Fit the appliance in the niche by making sure that it stands against the interior surface of the unit on the side where the door hinges of the appliances are fitted. Insert the appliance until the upper strip butts up against the unit (1) and make sure that the lower hinge is in line with the surface of the unit (2). 1 2 D022 Fasten the appliance with 4 screws provided in the kit included with the appliance. Open the appliance door and the furniture door at 90°. Insert the small square (Hb) into guide (Ha). Put together the appliance door and the furniture door and mark the holes as indicated in the figure. Remove the squares and drill holes with ø 2 mm at 8 mm from the outer edge of the door. Place the small square on the guide again and fix it with the screws supplied. 8mm Ha Hb PR167 Should the lining up of the furniture door be necessary, use the clearance of slots.
Installation Door reversibility 180° Electrical connection ☞ A correctly installed, earthed socket is required for the electrical supply. The supply must have a fuse rating of at least 10 Amps. If the socket is not accessible once the appliance is built in, the electrical installation must include suitable means of isolating the appliance from the mains (e.g. a fused spur).

DESIRED temperature means: The temperature that is required in the refrigerator, this can be adjusted to the temperatures shown in the display. The DESIRED temperature is indicated by flashing numbers. ACTUAL temperature means: The temperature display indicates the temperature that is currently present in the refrigerator. The ACTUAL temperature is indicated by continuously illuminated numbers. Temperature Display The temperature display can indicate several pieces of information.
Description of the appliance Installation of the charcoal filter On delivery the charcoal filter is placed in a plastic bag to secure the length of life of the charcoal filter. The filter should be placed behind the flap before the appliance is turned on. 1. Pull the cover outward (1). 1 ☞ 2. The charcoal filter is then mounted in the slot found in the back of the cover (2). 3. Close the flap. 2 Important! During operation, always keep the air ventilation flap closed.

TURBO COOLMATIC TURBO COOLMATIC Button The TURBO COOLMATIC function is suited for quick cooling of large quantities of goods in the refrigerator, e.g. drinks and salads for a party. TURBO COOLMATIC function is switched on by pressing the TURBO ☞1. The COOLMATIC button. The yellow light illuminates. 2. The TURBO COOLMATIC function now ensures intensive cooling. A DESIRED temperature of +3°C is automatically selected. The TURBO COOLMATIC function is ended automatically after a period of 6 hours.
Switching off the appliance switch off, press the ON/OFF button for approx. 5 seconds. This will ☞ To result in a countdown from "3" to "1" taking place in the temperature display. LONGFRESH 0°C compartment Humidity control Both bottom drawers can be used according to the desired storage conditions independently of each other with lower or higher humidity. Regulation for each drawer is separate and is controlled using the slide valve at the front of the drawer. • „Dry“: low air humidity - up to 50 % relative humidity This humidity level is reached when both sliders are set into this position and the ventilation openings are wide open.
Correct storage The refrigerator compartment is fitted with a fan. This quickly cools food stuffs and ensures optimal distribution of the temperature between the fridge and the LONGFRESH 0°C compartment. The following can be conserved in the refrigeration compartment: - beverages, preserves, jars, bottles; - baked goods, prepared foods; - products with short-term expiration; - foods which are not suitable for conservation at the temperature of the LONGFRESH 0°C compartment.

Freezing and storing frozen food The freezer compartment is for freezing and storing food. Important! • The temperature in the freezer compartment must be –18°C or colder before freezing fresh food or storing food already frozen. • Do not freeze too large a quantity at any one time (max. 2 kg per 24 hrs).
• The following are suited for the packaging of frozen goods: – freezer bags and polyethylene wraps; – special cans for frozen goods; – extra–thick aluminium foil. • The following are suitable for sealing bags and wrappings: plastic clips, rubber bands or tape. • Smooth the air out of the bag before sealing; air makes it easier for the frozen food to dry out. • Make flat packages, because these freeze more quickly.
Defrosting The fridge defrosts automatically Defrosting of the fridge compartment is automatic. During defrosting, the air re-circulation fan is off. The water that forms flows into a recipient on the compressor and evaporates. This recipient cannot be removed. Defrosting the freezer compartment During use and when the freezer compartment door is opened, moisture is deposited in the freezer compartment as frost. Remove this frost from time to time with the soft plastic scraper.
Cleaning and Care For hygienic reasons the appliance interior, including interior accessories, should be cleaned regularly. Warning! • The appliance must not be connected to the mains during cleaning. Danger of electrical shock! Before cleaning switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the mains, or switch off or turn out the circuit breaker or fuse. • Never clean the appliance with a steam cleaner.
Energy Saving Tips • Do not install the appliance near cookers, radiators or other sources of warmth. High ambient temperatures cause longer, more frequent operation of the compressor. • Ensure sufficient air circulation and exhaust at the appliance base and at the back wall of the appliance. Never cover air vent openings. • Do not place warm foods into the appliance. Allow warm foods to cool first. • Only leave door open as long as necessary. • Do not set temperature any colder than necessary.

Changing the light bulb Warning! There is a risk of electric shocks! Before changing the light bulb, switch off the appliance and unplug it, or disconnect from the mains supply. Light bulb data: 220-240 V, max. 25 W 1. To switch off, press the ON/OFF button until the mains power light extinguishes. 2. Unplug the mains plug. 3. To change the light bulb, press on the rear hook and at the same time slide the light bulb cover in the direction indicated by the arrow. 4. Change the faulty light bulb. 5.
Noises during Operation The following noises are characteristic of refrigeration appliances: • Clicks Whenever the compressor switches on or off, a click can be heard. • Humming As soon as the compressor is in operation, you can hear it humming. • Bubbling/Splashing When refrigerant flows into thin tubes, you can hear bubbling or splashing noises. Even after the compressor has been switched off, this noise can be heard for a short time.
Technical terminology • Refrigerant Liquids that can be used to a generate a cooling effect are known as refrigerants. They have a relatively low boiling-point, indeed so low, that the warmth from the food stored in the fridge or freezer can cause the refrigerant to boil and vaporise. • Circuit Refrigerant Closed circulation system that contains the refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit comprises primarily of an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser and pipe work.

Sicurezza La sicurezza dei nostri frigoriferi è conforme alle regole tecnologiche riconosciute nonché alla legge sulla sicurezza delle apparecchiature elettriche. Tuttavia, ci sentiamo in dovere di ricordare le seguenti avvertenze di sicurezza: Impiego conforme allo scopo previsto • Il frigorifero è previsto per l’impiego domestico ed è idoneo al raffreddamento di commestibili.
Sicurezza materiale di imballaggio lontano dalla portata dei bambini! • Prima di rottamare vecchi frigoriferi non più in uso, si raccomanda di renderli inservibili togliendone la spina e il cavo di rete ed eventualmente rimuovendone o distruggendone la serratura a scatto o i lucchetti. In tal modo si eviterà che i bambini, giocando, possano restare imprigionati all'interno dell'apparecchio (pericolo di soffocamento!) o si trovino in altre situazioni di pericolo.
Smaltimento Informazione sull'imballaggio dell'apparecchio Tutti i materiali di produzione impiegati sono tollerabili per l'ambiente! Questi possono essere depositati senza pericoli oppure essere smaltiti nell'impianto bruciatore di rifiuti urbani! Rimuovere la sicura del trasporto Sia l’apparecchio che i componenti dell’equipaggiamento interno sono idoneamente protetti per il trasporto. 1. Staccare i nastri adesivi a sinistra e a destra sui lati esterni della porta. 2. Togliere dallo scomparto frigorifero interno tutti i nastri adesivi ed i distanziatori. ☞ Installazione Luogo di installazione L’apparecchio deve essere collocato in un luogo ben aerato ed asciutto.

Installazione Istruzioni per l’incasso Incollare il coprifuga come indicato in figura. D765 Forate il mobile con un trapano con punta Ø 2,5 (penetrazione massima 10 mm); fissate la squadretta sull’apparecchiatura .
Inserire l’apparecchiatura nel vano appoggiandola alla parete interna corrispondente al lato di apertura della porta sino a quando il corpifuga superiore va in battuta (1) e assicurare che la cerniera inferiore sia in linea con la parete del mobile (2). 1 2 D022 Fissare l’apparecchiatura con le 4 viti in dotazione. (I = corta) (P = lunga) I P Applicare i coperchietti (C-D) sulle alette dei coprifuga e nei fori per le cerniere.
Separare i pezzi Ha, Hb, Hc, Hd come da figura Hb Ha Hc Hd PR266 Appoggiare la guida (Ha) sulla parte interna della porta del mobile come indicato in figura e segnare la posizione dei fori esterni. Dopo aver preparato i fori fissare la guida con le viti in dotazione. ca. 50 mm 90° 21 m m ca.
Aprire la porta dell’apparecchiatura e quella del mobile a 90° ca. Inserire la squadretta (Hb) nella guida (Ha). Tenere insieme la porta dell’apparecchiatura e quella del mobile e segnare i fori come indicato in figura. Togliere le squadrette e fare dei fori di Ø 2 mm a 8 mm dal bordo esterno della porta. Posizionare nuovamente la squadretta sopra le guida e fissare con le viti in dotazione.
Installazione Reversibilità della portina 180° Collegamento elettrico ☞ Per il collegamento elettrico dell’apparecchio è necessaria una presa con contatto di terra installata conformemente alle normative vigenti. La protezione elettrica deve essere di almeno 10 ampere. Se la presa non sarà più accessibile dopo aver installato l’apparecchio, durante l’installazione elettrica occorrerà adottare un’idonea misura che permetta di separare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione (p.e.

Temperatura REALE significa: il display della temperatura visualizza la temperatura effettivamente presente in quel momento nel vano frigorifero. La temperatura REALE viene visualizzata da cifre che restano accese. Display della temperatura Il display della temperatura può visualizzare diverse informazioni. • Durante il funzionamento normale viene visualizzata la temperatura attualmente presente nel vano frigorifero (temperatura REALE).
Secondo la scienza dell’alimentazione, +5°C per il vano frigorifero è sufficiente come temperatura di conservazione. 5. Se dopo aver impostato la temperatura non viene più premuto alcun tasto, il display della temperatura si commuta dopo breve tempo (ca. 5 sec.) e visualizza nuovamente la temperatura REALE correntemente presente all’interno dello scomparto frigorifero. Le cifre visualizzate sul display non lampeggiano più, bensì restano accese. Il compressore si avvia, dopodiché funziona in automatico.
FROSTMATIC Button La funzione FROSTMATIC accelera la fase di congelamento degli alimenti freschi proteggendo contemporaneamente le vivande già congelate da un riscaldamento indesiderato. Premendo il tasto FROSTMATIC si inserisce la cosiddetta funzione FROSTMATIC e si accende la spia gialla. Se la funzione FROSTMATIC non viene revocata manualmente, i componenti elettronici dell’apparecchio la disinseriscono dopo 24 ore. La spia gialla si spegne.
Equipaggiamento interno Ripiani Il Vostro apparecchio è dotato di ripiani in vetro. Il ripiano di vetro situato sopra i vani per la frutta e la verdura deve sempre rimanere appoggiato, per mantenere fresche la frutta e la verdura più a lungo. Gli altri ripiani sono regolabili in altezza: 1. Tirare a questo proposito il ripiano in avanti finchè questo non si lascia oscillare verso l’alto oppure il basso per poterlo estrarre. 2. L’inserimento in un’altra altezza avviene nel senso inverso.
Equipaggiamento interno Porta interna variabile Secondo le esigenze, gli scompartimenti di ripiano sulla porta possono essere estratti verso l’alto ed essere quindi inseriti in altri sostegni. Box di ripiano variabile Alcuni modelli sono provvisti con un box di ripiano variabile, applicato sotto la mensola della porta, il quale è spostabile lateralmente. Il box può essere inserito sotto qualsiasi mensola della porta. 1.
Filtro dell'aria L'apparecchiatura è dotata di un filtro a carboni attivi “CLEAN AIR CONTROL” posto sulla parete posteriore dello scomparto frigorifero. Il filtro purifica l'aria dagli odori sgradevoli all'interno dello scomparto frigorifero e del vano 0°C “LONGFRESH”, migliorando così ulteriormente la qualità di conservazione. Nota: mantenere sempre chiuso lo sportello di ventilazione dell'aria. Il filtro a carboni attivi è un accessorio soggetto ad usura e come tale non è coperto da garanzia.
Sostituzione del filtro a carboni attivi Per ottenere prestazioni ottimali, il filtro a carboni attivi dovrebbe essere sostituito ogni anno. I filtri di ricambio possono essere acquistati dal rivenditore locale o al Centro Assistenza più vicino. • Il filtro è posto dietro la copertura è può essere raggiunto tirando la copertura verso l'esterno (1). • Estrarre dalla propria sede il filtro a carboni attivi. • Posizionare nella fessura (2) il nuovo filtro. Chiudere lo sportello.
Scomparto LONGFRESH 0°C All'interno dello scomparto LONGFRESH 0°C la temperatura viene controllata automaticamente. Essa rimane sugli 0°C costanti e non è necessaria alcuna regolazione. La temperatura di conservazione costante attorno agli 0°C e l'umidità relativa compresa tra il 45 e il 90% forniscono condizioni ottimali per i diversi tipi di alimenti.
Vano 0°C “LONGFRESH” - Accessori interni Cassetti In questo cassetto l’umidita’ non e’ regolabile I cestelli in filo all’interno dei cassetti permettono all’aria di circolare liberamente. Questo consentirà una migliore conservazione dei cibi.
Corretta conservazione Lo scomparto refrigerante è dotato di ventola. La ventola raffredda velocemente i cibi e garantisce una distribuzione ottimale della temperatura tra il frigorifero e lo scomparto LONGFRESH 0°C. Nello scomparto refrigerante si possono conservare: - bibite, conserve, barattoli, bottiglie; - prodotti da forno, cibi pronti; - prodotti a breve scadenza; - alimenti non adatti ad essere conservati alla temperatura dello scomparto LONGFRESH 0°C.

Consigli: • Prestare attenzione alla freschezza dei cibi, in particolare alla loro data di scadenza. La qualità e la freschezza influenzano il tempo di conservazione. • L'intero ciclo di conservazione dipenderà dalle condizioni di mantenimento esistenti prima della conservazione finale all'interno del frigorifero. • Conservare sempre all'asciutto e ben impacchettati gli alimenti animali. • I cibi ricchi di proteine tendono a deteriorasi più velocemente.

Attenzione • La temperatura nello scomparto congelatore deve essere di -18°C o inferiore prima di introdurre i cibi per la congelazione. • Attenersi per la congelazione ai quantitativi indicati sulla targa matricola.Il quantitativo per la congelazione é la quantità massima di cibi freschi che possono essere congelati in 24 ore.
Sbrinamento Lo scomparto frigorifero si sbrina automaticamente Lo sbrinamento dello scomparto refrigerante è automatico.
