The water reservoir has a volume of approx. 4
litres. This is sufficient for around 7 kg of
laundry which has previously been spun at 1000 revolutions/ minute.
The condensate can be used as distilled water, e.g. for steam ironing. However first filter
the condensate (e.g. with a coffee filter) to remove any residue and small pieces of fluff.
Cleaning heat exchanger filters
If the indicator clean base filters lights up, the heat exchanger fluff filters in the base
of the appliance must be cleaned, i.e. after each 5 drying cycles. Both filters are located in
the appliance base.
Water can collect in the filter housing therefore it is normal for the heat exchanger fluff
filters to become wet.
• Never operate the dryer without the fluff filters.
• Clogged filters cause higher energy consumption (drying cycle elongation) and dryer
damage.
• A dirty heat pump can only be cleaned up by means of a costly process.
