Prior to installation Important: ‘The exhaust air must not be introduced into a smoke flue or exhaust gas chimney. Introduction of the exhaust air into a shaft used for ventilation of the installation spaces of fire rooms is not permitted. 1f the exhaust air is introduced into a nonoperational smoke flue or exhaust gas chimney. it is advisable to seek the consent of the competent chimney-sweep. The official exhaust air guidance regulations are basically to be complied with.

Installation Mounting on bottom of overhead cabinet in the case of exhaust air operation upwards, a hole (130 mm dia} oboist cut out as per template in the bottom of the overhead cabinet and selling for the exhaust air hose apart from the dribbles for mourning {Fig. 7). With the aid of the accompanying drilling template (Fig. 7), drift four holes in the bottom of the overhead cabinet and mount the extractor hood from above with the four accompanying screws.

Maintenance and care Replacement of grease fighter The grease filter with internal red stripes {indicator stripes) incorporated in the appliance is replaced by a new filter paper when the red stripes visibly come through. Cleaning Clean the textual pants with a mid washing-up liquid solution. Never use abrasive detergents, brushes, or slurring powders. Clean the switch screen and fume screen only with a damp cloth and mild cleaners important! To clean the fume extractor hood, DE-energize the appliance {e.g. pull cut mains plug).
