4. Press button A ^ on my electronic clock, hold it depressed
and enter the required internal meat temperature with knob E
¡^, for example 85 C. This temperature appears in the left dis
play H of my electronic clock for as long as you keep button A
3 depressed. When you release button A, 30 °C appears in
display H,
5. Set the cooking method selector and the temperature control
to the settings required using the cooking charts supplied as a
guide (cooking charts for Roasting, Rotitherm roasting/grilling;
cooking times and shelf positions.
The display H on my electronic clock shows the internal
temperature of the meat in C as it continues to cook. To
check what internal meat temperature you have selected
press button A 7() on my electronic clock.
When the internal temperature in the meat has been reached my
oven switches off automatically. When you unplug the meat ther
mometer from the oven, display H stops flashing.
You will also hear an audible signal for around 2 minutes and my
display H flashes. To switch off the signal prematurely, press my
button A E.
Return the cooking method selector and the temperature control
to the off positions.
